​Announcing our Learning & Development Hero for 2023!

Jamie Burrows has been in recruitment for 15 years. Like many he began his recruitment career as a resourcer, progressing as a recruiter before moving over to an L&D focused role and launching his business as a trainer.

We had other category winners or shortlistee's receive multiple nominations last year, namely last years L&D winner Ali Braid!

But Jamie, well Jamie, received over 50 nominations, from people in different recruitment businesses..
