As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in forming the growth of the company by making a series of high-quality strategic hires at a range of levels into multiple UK offices. The main responsibilities for the successful Talent Acquisition Manager candidate will be:

  • Mapping and researching key candidates and competitors
  • Identifying and communicating with strategic candidates at all levels
  • Performing initial screening and interviews for relevant candidates
  • Working with senior stakeholders within the firm to determine necessary strategic hires across the firm

The ideal Talent Acquisition Manager candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the recruitment industry dealing with a range of candidate profiles, in an internal or 360 role
  • The credibility and confidence to work with and advise senior stakeholders all across the firm
  • The drive and desire to work in an energetic, high performance culture
