Founded in 2009, our client specialises in tech recruitment. Placing the best talent into telesales, e-commerce, cybersecurity, software, data and telecoms. Their headquarters are in London with additional offices in Reading, Dublin, New York and LA. They plan to continue growing their international presence by opening office in locations such as Austin, Texas. Over time they have created a high-performing, professional, and collaborative environment providing their employees with autonomy over their work.
Working alongside their L&D manager you will play a key role in coaching the businesses new employees. You will be a key person in running the training academy for new graduate recruiters, by carrying out both desk and classroom training. Your responsibilities will be across all the UK offices with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Be aspiring to pursue a career in L&D
360 recruitment background
3 years recruitment experience
Consistent good billing track record
Extensive knowledge of the recruitment process
Demonstrate leadership skills
Be a confident and personable individual with excellent communication skills.
