Job Description:

Our client, a specialist recruitment business focussing on the health & wellbeing sector, are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. Responsible for the management, implementation and reporting of the digital marketing and automation projects across the business.

This is a newly created role brought in to extend and support the overall service delivery of the business campaigns and programs.

Having oversight of Ads, SEO, PPC in a well established business and marketing team.

Role Responsibilities

·       Provide end-to-end digital marketing and automation development, implementation, testing, reporting and optimisation for the business.

·       Responsible for the smooth running of the website, including SEO, plugins and wordpress updates.

·       Responsible for stakeholder management and engagement to ensure digital automation and marketing activities are run efficiently with effective communications to the wider business as required.

·       Provides input from a digital marketing and automation perspective, into the design and creation of new processes that improve the user experience such as logic driven workflows, chatbots and integrations.

·       First point of contact and management of external agencies to deliver optimum digital experience.

·       To keep abreast of, and proactivity seek, the latest technical solutions to improve our user experience.

·       Supports the broader goals and objectives with digital roadmap planning.

·       To provide regular reports on the performance of the website and related digital activities.

Role Requirements

·       Proven experience of UI/UX Design in Wordpress, HTML, CSS, woocommerce Google Analytics, and Hubspot experience essential.

·       Experience managing external digital agencies to ensure optimum results.

·       Proven ability to proactively seek ways to optimise the customers’ digital experience, proposing and implementing improvements as agreed.

·       Tableau experience and recruitment background would be an advantage, but not essential.
