With over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, I have built my career from a Trainee Consultant, to various Director roles, local and global, and now back to where my heart is: Sales Learning and Development.
Experienced leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with client’s, suppliers and stakeholders.
I am passionate about the use of L&D to drive a successful salesforce and use my background in recruitment to advocate modern, interactive content that I then create to successfully inspire the teams I work with and manage.
