A new look and two new brands for Camino.
Following Camino Partners’ MBO in late 2020, the business has now refreshed its identity and launched two new brands in the form of Camino Search and Cavana Search.
Camino Search specialises in placing exceptional financial, strategic and commercial talent into high-growth tech & tech-enabled companies, whilst the new Cavana Search brand is a Rec2Rec business partnering with recruitment businesses on their growth journeys in the US.
The refreshed Camino Partners continues to champion the non-sales roles in recruitment with a new look and feel.
Sachin Ruparelia, commenting on the new brands and positioning of the business, says:
“I said last year that our MBO signalled the start of Camino 2.0; our new brands and identity is the physical manifestation of that.
As much as we came to love the old Camino Partners brand, it really didn’t represent who we were, and more importantly, who we work with.
Sachin also believes the new identities will help with the growth of all three businesses moving forward:
“There’s no doubt that 2020 was a challenging year for our sector but the bounceback is already happening. Clients within each of our 3 divisions have been scaling rapidly since the turn of the year and as a result, we’re looking to grow all of our teams and having a brand that is relatable and memorable, is going to be essential to attracting talent.”
As part of the rebrand, the company has launched three new websites and is also in the process of an office refurbishment project.
