MRL Consulting, a leading niche recruitment consultancy for the high technology market based in Hove, has recently introduced a four-day working week. There are a number of benefits to an employer implementing a four-day working week, and they are being introduced across other industries, but not the staffing sector. That was until MRL Consulting recently announced they would be introducing a four-day working week on a 6-month trial basis.
