Adam Herron
Having started as a Recruitment Consultant in 1997, Adam worked his way up through the ranks as a Team Manager and then Director. In early 2004 he started the MSP Matrix SCM and took that business to over £100m spend under management.
Adam has over 15 years of board-level experience within the recruitment sector and is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer for the multi-brand nGAGE Specialist Recruitment. During his time there, he has grown sales from £60m to £400m, increased headcount from 100 to 850 and has completed 7 acquisitions as well as launching 7 start-ups.
Maria Vavoulas
Maria has over 12 years of board-level experience, with 9 of those coming in the recruitment sector. In her previous role as Account Director at Alexander Ash Consulting, she covered a wide variety of business areas within the Financial Services sector.
She has recently become the COO of APSCo's 'International Recruitment Company of the Year in 2018', Nicoll Curtin Group, which includes Nicoll Curtin Technology, BeecherMadden and District4.
Cassandra Allen
Cassandra, who holds degrees in Law and Social Sciences, started her career in PR and Marketing before moving into the staffing sector.
She joined the executive search and advisory firm, Kea Consultants in 2011 originally as a Consultant. During her time with Kea, she has held a variety of roles both on the search and non-search side of the business. In 2015, Cassandra moved away from search to become the COO, where she now oversees all aspects of the business not related to search.
