Now you truly understand your markets, you will be providing expert level advice to your candidates and clients.
Driven by success, this role focuses on developing exceptional end-to-end delivery skills and growing a client base of your own, through generating new business and developing existing accounts.
You now represent the gold standard of recruitment within Camino Partners. You are now able to provide clients with value-adding, strategic consultations on how to establish and grow their back-office functions.
With advanced commerciality and outstanding behavioural competencies, you will provide training sessions, mentorship and guidance to new starters, as well as setting the example for best practice.
