Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for their internal staff and contractors. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations, including commission calculations, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for internal staff and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Calculate commissions based on performance metrics and sales data
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance and regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepencies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a recruitment or staffing environment
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and problem skills
