We are seeking a detail-oriented Pay and Bill Lead to join the team of our esteemed client in the recruitment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that values precision and efficiency in financial operations. This role will be heavily focused around leading the external contractor payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process weekly and monthly payroll for contractors
- Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Perform regular reconciliations of payroll and billing data to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and clients as required
- Assist with journal posting and margin analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll and billing, preferably within the recruitment sector
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
- Experience with RSMIntime is preferable
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Recruitment sector experience is required.
