Key Responsibilities
- Assess current business operations, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, establish internal and external processes to meet and exceed KPIs and general business performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide structure and guidance to teams by fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met
- Oversee and optimise the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage change initiatives as the company scales, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation or technology adoption to streamline operations and support the company’s growth trajectory.
- Ensure business operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining compliance.
- Organise the operations side of external events such as Pop-Ups.
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports for the Director
- Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training on job duties, corporate policies and applicable regulations
- Keep Company Handbook/documents/contracts and policies updated
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or recruitment is ideal
- At least 2 years in a management role in a high-growth organisation
- Experience in scaling a startup business
- Excellent data analysis skills including use of Excel
- Experience devising and implementing systems and processes
