A tech recruitment business are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor performance to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate and optimise technology solutions to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

About you:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within the recruitment industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using operations management software and tools, and an understanding of technology integration in business processes. Ideally experience using Bullhorn but not essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, with the ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
