An award-winning specialist search firm within Automotive Technology recruitment are looking for an Operations Executive. They offer retained, contingent and project/team builds for automotive suppliers and car manufacturers across Europe, North America, and APAC regions.

The role:
  • Supporting the development of L&D programmes & creating tracking processes to monitor KPIs.
  • Managing all social media accounts and creating content in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Creating marketing materials to support consultants in pitches and business development.
  • Researching relevant industry awards and writing entries.
  • Creating ‘Work for Us’ campaigns to support internal hiring.
  • Taking ownership of optimising the CRM usage and create value-adding reports and data to support Board decisions.
  • Raising invoices & credit control.
  • Generating Payroll & Commission files for accounts.
  • Maintaining key forecasting and projection documents for the Board.
  • Managing IT support.

About you:
  • 1-2 years experience working within an Operations, Administration or Office Manager role within the recruitment industry.
  • Solid numerical abilities, with comfortable excel skills. Strong abilities to interpret data.
  • Highly organised & process driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Exceptional problem-solving & multi-tasking abilities.
  • Nice to Haves: Marketing, HR or basic Finance experience.
