We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to join an extremely niche, market-leading recruitment consultancy. The successful candidate will be well-remunerated in a challenging, value-adding and highly visible role.
During your time here, you will be guided through the process of becoming a highly skilled Recruitment Resourcer, and develop your skills in sales, business development and consultancy.
o Sourcing candidates through extensive use of the database; making direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability and conduct general candidate screening, updating all information on the database.
o Sourcing candidates by searching external websites such as LinkedIn and Reed.co.uk.
o Provide assignment support to deal with web advert responses, requesting any missing candidate information such as salary and package information and up-to-date CVs.
o Arrange and confirm candidate interviews as requested by clients - ensuring that both client and candidate are kept up to date both verbally and by email.
o Assist consultants with business development by investigating which organisations are recruiting in our market place and providing market intelligence regarding existing and target clients.
o Generating leads through regular candidate contact.
o Reference taking to help qualify candidates and open doors to new clients.
o Manage relationships with candidates and clients in the absence of the consultants and ensure that all quality processes and service level requirements are met.
o Currently attending university and seeking a gap year placement or recent college leaver with strong A’ Levels.
o Hardworking and career-driven.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Financially motivated with a competitive nature and a strong desire to succeed whilst remaining ethical, empathetic and service-driven.
o Enthusiastic, proactive, positive thinker and hugely self-motivated.
o Able to demonstrate success outside of work or education e.g. Sport / Music.
o An interest in the world of business.
