Are you a proven recruitment consultant based in New York with a track record of commercial recruitment success?

Are fed up & tired of being micro-managed by your boss? Does the challenge of setting up / expanding a new desk within a mature and autonomous environment interest you?

I am working exclusively with a private equity backed global recruitment business with a number of offices around the UK and in the US who are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant  to launch and expand a number of desks within the Life Sciences, Tech and cyber security markets.

 

Responsibilities

 

Working with business leaders to develop a sales strategy for the new area to ensure profits exceed target across the desk

Strategic planning to seek new revenue and market diversification opportunities, driving headcount growth

Build candidate acquisition strategy

New client development and build detailed annual business forecasts

Account management and candidate attraction within the target recruitment markets

 

Experience / Competencies required

2+ years successful recruitment experience within cyber security, tech or life sciences (or a very similar field with extensive knowledge of the area / market) – proven experience in Business Development & Account Management

Mature personality, proven experience in building relationships at all levels

Able to work autonomously and make decisions independently.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills
