Are you a senior HR Executive with experience within a high-growth Fintech business? Do you want to make your mark by taking ownership of the People function at one of the most exciting companies in the industry?
Camino Partners are currently recruiting a VP of People for a leading financial technology business. They are looking to bring in a strategist to ensure they have world-class people operations and fulfil their ambitious growth plan.
The company are prominent in their rapidly expanding field and characterised by trailblazing innovation. Backed by some of the most prestigious names in Venture Capital, they are quickly establishing a position as one of the most important Fintech companies today, underpinned by a culture of unity, determination, and transparency.
The Vice President of People will lead the transformation of HR into a strategic function that provides genuine value to the company. Overseeing the execution of a highly ambitious workforce expansion strategy, they will work closely with the CEO and other members of the management team.
The VP of People will:
Build the HR function from scratch; implementing policies, procedures and systems to allow continued scalable growth.
Lead HR and Talent Acquisition teams to help achieve the company’s strategic goals.
Business-partner with senior leaders and provide personnel expertise across all areas.
Create world-class HR processes and activities to optimise employee experience and improve retention.
Improve and refine talent acquisition processes to ensure the attraction and retention of outstanding individuals.
The successful candidate for VP of People will have:
Experience running People operations within a high-growth Fintech company.
Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to communicate.
A team-orientated, enthusiastic, and ambitious approach to work.
Genuine interest in financial technology.
Desire to work in a high-performance, dynamic environment.
