We're looking for a bright and engaging graduate to join our CFO practice as a trainee recruitment consultant.
We're consistently breaking records - hitting best ever month, best ever quarter, and now have officially hit best ever year!
42% headcount growth in the past 12 months.

About the role
Sourcing CFOs through extensive use of our database, LinkedIn, headhunting and other tools; making direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability, learn more about the market and assess suitability and quality over the phone.
Meeting CFO candidates in person, conducting thorough and extensive interviews.
Provide career consultancy to candidates to guide them through the job searching process.
Arrange and confirm candidate interviews as requested by clients - ensuring that both client and candidate are kept up to date and thoroughly prepared for the interview.
Generating leads through regular candidate contact, market intelligence and research.
Develop new client relationships by investigating which organisations are recruiting in our marketplace and providing market intelligence regarding existing and target clients.
Reference taking to help qualify candidates and open doors to new clients.
Manage relationships with candidates and clients ensuring that all quality processes and service level requirements are met.
Creating marketing material - including analytical reports, articles, surveys and videos that will be relevant and interesting to CFOs and distributed to our clients and candidates.
Helping to organise and host events for CFOs and clients.
What we offer:
Circa £22,500 as a base + commission.
Recruitment companies are our clients, so we know we have an incredibly competitive commission scheme with uncapped commission and the ability to earn up to 40% of your billings. Our consultants are currently on track to earn between £40,000-£50,000 in their first full year, with consultants taking home 6-figure salaries within 3+ years.

What you need
University degree educated.
Must have had a part-time job alongside studying.
Confident, bright and personable personality with strong emotional intelligence and a hardworking and resilient attitude.
