Job Description
Do you have at least 1 years' admin experience? Do you want to work for an established recruitment company? My client is looking for a temporary office administrator. The ideal administrator will be proactive and intelligent possessing a can-do attitude. This is an opportunity to increase your administrative skills whilst working for a company who values their entire back office team. You will be a key part of the Sales Support team.
Your new company is a 50 mill t/o recruitment company with an impeccable reputation from its candidates, clients, and staff. You will have the opportunity to work with a fun, dynamic and bubbly team.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing candidates timesheets and invoices
- Data Entry
- Compliance checks
- HR administration such as staff sickness and holidays
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Some PA duties such as booking travel and accommodation
- General office management duties such as meeting room preparation
- Collecting/sending post
Person specification:
- Previous administration experience
- Highly organised with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent Microsoft skills, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
