Job Description
Are you a Team PA with at least a years'experience supporting a team in the recruitment sector? Would you like the opportunity to be a part of an organically growing, luxury fashion recruitment business?
My client is a high-end, luxury, fashion recruitment company who are looking for an experienced Team PA to join it's dynamic team. The ideal Team PA will have at least a years' experience in a similar role in the recruitment sector. The successful Team PA will experience the fast-paced nature of an established recruitment business. The Team PA position will come with a lot of responsibility and progression. With excellent benefits such as flexible working, the Team PA will be a massive contribution to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading CVs to portal websites and managing/setting up portal accounts
- Database – entering and amending information as and when needed – this includes creation of candidate and clients on the system, adding meeting and history notes and ensuring the system is up to date.
- Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
- Providing all round support to Office Manager as and when required. This may include assisting with PA duties to the Directors
- Uploading, managing and maintaining job adverts
- General office administration
- Drafting letters, assisting with business plans and proofreading documents
- Updating offer/interview whiteboards
- Liaising with external providers (IT, phone companies, Troy support)
- Dealing with IT issues
- Diary management
- Compiling internal reports
- Speaking to candidates and clients to arrange interviews (when required)
- Assisting the Office Manager in complying with GDPR legislation
- Assisting with onboarding of new staff
- Compiling monthly expense reports
Person Specification:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients, candidates, internal team members and external service providers in a professional manner
- A positive and proactive attitude
- The ability to think quick on their feet and juggle multiple requirements at a time. The ability to multi-task efficiently is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous written communication with good grammar
- Very strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
- A social, friendly and kind personality
