The role as Team Administrator:

  • Manage incoming calls to the team and field general enquiries to relevant individuals
  • Direct support to the Head of Operations
  • Assist in organising team diaries through room booking and scheduling external meetings
  • Minute taking and distribution for weekly team meetings
  • General research assistant to the team (Contacts/Headhunting)
  • Ad hoc duties and errands
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Assisting at company events
  • Prepare company presentations on PowerPoint and Prezi

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player with the ability to uphold the values of the business
