Job Description

Are you a managed solutions expert looking to join a dynamic managed service provider who are keen to make a difference? I am working with a well established multi-service recruitment group looking fora Talent Solutions Director to help grow the managed solutions and statement of work part of their business in 2019. Operating across the UK and focusing on a range of sectors, my client has a strong focus on working in an ethical and values centric way, with a big focus on building long term relationships. The main focus of this role is to create a bids & tenders and marketing led approach to successful manage a range of Neutral Vendor, Master Vendor and Hybrid sales opportunities through the funnel resulting in increased NFI and overall growth.

Responsibilities include

  • To design and deliver my client’s Managed Solution and SOW proposition into the market
  • To consult with clients and design appropriate operating model solutions to manage needs and support their business objectives
  • To successfully manage a funnel of sales opportunities through the sales process
  • To manage the full tender process including bid, presentation and negotiation
  • To build long-term, lasting relationships demonstrated in the retention their client base

Personal profile

  • It essential you have a deep understanding of the MSP, RPO, Talent, HR space
  • You must be a hands-on strategic and commercial thinker, possess excellent negotiation skills with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • It is essential you have experience leading in bid / tender processes and are accomplished at leading and developing teams
  • You must be charismatic with high energy in order to engage, consult with clients and win new business
