Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity for a recruitment consultant to step in to the world of Talent Acquisition and Development. You will be joining a growing recruitment company who already operate from multiple offices and work with both candidates and clients across the globe.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities 

  • Establish the recruitment needs throughout the business via the various stake holders, managing the whole process from initial sign off to offer acceptance and pre-employment checks
  • Scoping and implementation of attraction strategies – using various tools, company website vacancy, referrals, social networking, head hunting, etc 
  • Talent map the market for high value hires
  • Prequalify and vet all potential candidates
  • Input to the Interview process
  • Provide regular performance metrics  
  • Advise on staff attraction and retention policies

Training Responsibilities

  • 121 mentoring and coaching delivered to employees in order to ensure continued advancement and maximum profitability
  • Accurate logging of employee development, providing advice on talent pipelining and promotion decisions
  • Constant interaction with the rest of the senior team, providing critical advice on office environment, sales performance, and new opportunities for growth
  • Advising senior stakeholders on opportunities to maximise revenue and increase profitability across sales operations


  • Minimum of three years’ recruitment experience
  • Exposure to training and development
  • Bachelors degree desirable
  • A knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting methods, including headhunting, behavioural and motivation based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with ever changing deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization
