An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a fast growing international consultancy operating across the globe. Working closely with the CIO and US senior management, the focus of this role is to support all business activities and identify project requirements, you will be acting as the face of technology for any escalations for service related

 

issues. You will have the autonomy to identify technology services that benefit the US and larger global group plus – importantly – manage vendors to contribute to the overall success of iT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, measuring and ensure the performance of all US outsourced providers, setting SLA’s and standards as well as managing and mentoring the on site engineer
  • Working with the CIO to develop a continuing service improvement plan – deliver improvements on agreed timescales feeding into the global IT strategy
  • Acting as the project lead when required, testing and validating business improving technologies
  • Point of contact for escalation of major issues / breach of SLAs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Skills

  • Strong project & process management skill set
  • Excellent end-user and customer support knowledge, able to take responsibility and make important decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of a range of technologies, strong influencer

Experience

  • Direct experience working in a recruitment or sales environment – with proven experience within a fast paced and high growth business
  • Experience supporting multiple offices
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Strong project management experience, specifically implementing new processes
