Our client a specialist recruitment business based in New York City is looking for a candidate to join the business as the 'number 2' to the CEO and help to maintain their continued growth.
The business is only a few years old and has already grown to 25 people. Over the next year they would like to double in size and become one of the fastest growing recruitment businesses in America. For them quality in everything they do is imperative.
Due to the businesses rapid growth a number of the team are less experienced and the person hired into this role can provide important support to the CEO. Someone that can drive change in the business, assist in the rigorous training programme and help to mentor and lead the growing contract division.
Applicants for the opportunity must have worked in a professional services recruitment business before. You should be able to demonstrate leadership and how you have coached consultants in the past. A history of strong billings in a recruitment company illustrating how you've helped to grow an area / division is imperative although bringing in new clients / business development is not necessarily critical for this role.
