Job Description

Are you an articulate & professional Personal Assistant with experience building excellent rapport with senior stakeholders? Do you have previous experience in the recruitment or executive search sector or a management consultancy? Do you want to work for a leading management consultancy with plans for rapid growth?

My client is a multinational, boutique management consulting firm who is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team to support the company’s rapid growth following their recent listing. The successful Personal Assistant will report into their UK CEO and Global Head of HR. As a Personal Assistant you will be given the opportunity to operate autonomously and join a business who invest in developing your talent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build excellent rapport with senior stakeholder
  • Proactively looking ahead in the diary (three dedicated timeslots during the week and when necessary), identifying clashes, manage meetings and escalate any changes
  • Effectively manage incoming meeting requests by gauging the priority and urgency of these and effectively manage the response in a polite and professional way
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the senior management teams ability to effectively help lead the company and accomplish their responsibilities
  • Ability to tailor messages according to the audience

Person Specification:

  • Management consultancy sector experience is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years PA experience 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in managing diaries for multiple C-Suite stakeholders (up to 7)
  • First-class presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a sensitive scenario where clients are concerned
  • Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills – demonstrated both with clients and colleagues, presenting themselves as mature and responsible
  • Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead
