Senior Marketing Executive 

Are you looking for an exciting, challenging new role within an international, multi-branded Group? Would you like to work closely with a personable Managing Director within an organisation that has a reputation for investing in and developing its own staff? Do you want to establish a footprint on the marketing strategy for a successful business? This role is very exciting as you will have autonomy on the strategy for a brand while also having the luxury of support from the group marketing team.

My client is a well-known brand covering multiple professions in their sector. They are looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior Marketing Executive to join a well-established marketing function, who is results focused for a hands-on role which covers all different areas of marketing. 

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement the company's marketing strategy – tasked with candidate attraction/retention and lead generation
  • Manage and update the company's website, database and social networks
  • Manage email marketing campaigns – both B2B and B2C.
  • Merchandise orders
  • Proofreading and assist with training consultants to write engaging job adverts
  • Organise and manage company events
  • Perform general marketing administration tasks
  • Managing the production and delivery of agreed deliverables in given time frame
  • Measuring campaign activities, updating project plans and reporting on activities
  • Building and managing strong relationships with the business and group marketing teams to ensure the alignment of messages and timely delivery of activities and projects
  • Design and create a range of content and marketing materials (including graphics, blogs, presentations, executive summaries)

Requirements

  • Experience working in the recruitment industry or similar
  • Multi-channel marketing experience
  • Minimum of 4 years marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates initiative, with the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Analytical
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
