Are you an ambitious, creative senior marketing executive looking to develop into a Marketing Manager? Do you want to work within an environment that is fast-paced, vibrant and full of talent?

 

My client is a well-established, leading IT and digital recruitment business with offices in the UK and Europe. The business has created a successful working environment full of talent by building an energetic, vibrant culture that values its employees. During an exciting period of growth, I am partnering with them as they are currently looking to hire an ambitious and talented Senior Marketing Executive to join the marketing team. Reporting into the Head of IT & Marketing and working with a fantastic Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementation of a multi-channel marketing strategy for the business.
  • Creation and implementation of the content strategy across all platforms.
  • Ensuring content is fully optimised with regular analysis on performance.
  • Website management and management of social media strategy.
  • End-to-end events management and identifying event opportunities.
  • Email marketing campaigns – measuring performance.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of social channels and marketing campaigns to senior stakeholders.
  • Work with the sales team and sales managers to support them with marketing and digital tools that are available to them.

The skills and experience you need to succeed in this role:

  • At least 3+ years’ marketing experience within a sales-driven environment – ideally recruitment or technology.
  • Excellent written skills is a must as you’ll be delivering the content strategy for the business.
  • Proven track record of managing social media channels.
  • Experience with SEO techniques.
  • The ability to build relationships and partner with Sales teams and work with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • You’ll need to be strategic, creative and analytical.
  • Being a team player will go a long way.
  • A strong eye for detail.
