Job Description

Are you an experienced recruitment trainer looking for a new challenge in an innovative and creative environment? I am working with a multiple award winning marketing and digital recruitment business “with a difference” looking for an exceptional and experienced recruitment trainer to join their family. They have grown organically over the past 20 years to the dominant position they now hold within their sector on the basis of an honest, high integrity approach to their candidates and clients.

Working with the People Director and Commercial Directors, you will be responsible for conducting and facilitating all training activity for new hires and working with Team Managers and Leadership to drive continuous improvement on key skills in the London office.

Responsibilities

·       Writing and developing training programmes for each level of the business up to managerial level

·       Delivering classroom based training in an engaging and relevant way

·       One to one coaching, at desk or off desk

·       Providing feedback back to managers to ensure follow up and implementation at desk

·       Development of training calendar and co-ordination of training sessions, liaising with managers and support staff to ensure both people and space is available

·       Collating course feedback from delegates

·       Maintaining strong knowledge of company and recruitment processes

·       Conducting refresher and remedial training sessions as needed

·       Tracking sales activity and KPIs through company CRM system

The Person

·       You must have least 12 months experience delivering sales training in a recruitment business

·       2+ years experience as a 360 recruitment consultant

·       Strong organizational, planning, communication and presentation skills

·       Adaptable style and be able to get under the skin of the business to understand culture and style of recruitment

·       Ability to work in a fast moving and ever changing environment
