Job Description

Are you an articulate & professional Administrator with at least 1 years' experience? Do you want to work for a leading management consultancy with plans for rapid growth?

My client is a multinational, boutique management consulting firm who is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team to support the company’s rapid growth. This person will report into their UK Recruitment Lead and Director Team. The successful Administrator will be forward thinking and display a positive attitude. As an Administrator you will be given the opportunity to operate autonomously and join a business who invest in developing your talent.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Co-ordinate all ‘Experienced Hire’ interviews, liaising with our Consultants for suitable times 
  • Build strong relationships with external Recruitment Agencies
  • Assist with room bookings, meeting set-up and diary management
  • Assist in writing Job Descriptions
  • When required review Graduate applications and attend Career Fairs
  • Help facilitate the Graduate Assessment Days with oversight from Graduate Recruitment Manager
  • Regularly gather market intelligence from competitors' online content, agencies, and candidates
  • Attend industry networking events
  • Provide support for any external recruitment awards or applications and attend with Recruitment Lead
  • Develop a good understanding of candidate’s backgrounds and experience in particular, Asset Management and Consultancy
  • Encourage internal stakeholders to use Linked In by liking, sharing and posting new content

  • Experience in managing diaries using Outlook 365
  • First-class presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to sensitive scenarios where clients or candidates are concerned
  • Confidence around senior stakeholders when managing diaries
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
  • Appetite for learning and taking on training/development around the role
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, doesn’t mind working autonomously at times
  • Willingness to partake in social activities when required
  • Business language fluency in English
