Job Description
Are you an ambitious Personal Assistant with at least 2 years' experience? Would you like the opportunity to support two inspirational Directors of an education trust?
My client is a growing, innovative start-up who are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support two impressive Directors. The ideal Personal Assistant will have excellent attention to detail and possess a positive attitude. As a Personal Assistant, you will thrive working for start-ups and be a massive contribution in supporting two Directors who are passionate about making a difference. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Personal Assistant to join a company who will help them progress and be a great influence on their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed Inbox management for both Heads to ensure requests and queries are quickly and efficiently dealt with
- Be gatekeeper to Director's working time - efficiently and proactively organise Director’s diary, appointments and travel
- Ensure both Heads are well prepared for meetings as required
- Organise meetings, involving liaison with clients of a senior and board level and resolving clashes
- Responsible for coordination, agenda setting and minute taking
- Manage and organise domestic and international travel and hotel requirements and prepare comprehensive travel itineraries
- Co-ordinate monthly meetings, collating all presentation material and ensure smooth running of the meeting
- Regular communication of business updates to the team via email
- Produce/format client and internal presentations, documents, letters and correspondence
- Support project work as required
- Monthly submission of corporate card and personal expenses
- Office manager duties
Person Specification:
- Prior experience as a PA. The ability to think ahead and be proactive will be key!
- Friendly manner, someone who is always approachable and willing to help others
- Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Have strong time management skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Can-do attitude with a genuine passion for improving the working environment on behalf of others
- Confident in Microsoft Office and Outlook in particular
