Job Description
Do you have between 1 - 3 years’ experience as a PA/EA? Do you have recruitment, financial services or media and creative sector experience?
My client is a multinational, rapidly growing recruitment company who are looking for a junior PA/EA with between 1 - 3 years’ experience. The ideal Personal Assistant will have experience working in a fast paced environment and supporting senior Execs. As a Personal Assistant, you will be able to multitask and take on more responsibilities when given. This role is very progressive with a variety of opportunities for growth within the business. The successful Personal Assistant will have the opportunity to join a multinational company with plans to double its current headcount in the next year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive diary management working on multiple time zones, arranging meetings and conference calls / booking lunches, corporate entertainment and event tickets
- Liaising with clients
- Organising both domestic and extensive international multi-stop travel arrangements and visas if required
- Often global office trips across 10 locations are required to be organised along with single trips.
- Production and distribution of Board Reports and material along with agendas and any relevant papers for internal meetings
- Monthly internal board reports and external reports for investees to be produced.
- Liaising with senior management of investee companies and clients taking and acting on instructions/queries
- Collation of data and documentation for reporting purposes
- Minute taking for all confidential / BOD meetings requiring a high level of discretion
- General ad-hoc duties
- Producing confidential and non-confidential documentation, formatting documents, scanning, photocopying, filing, acting as a first point of contact for the CEO & CFO: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Support and cover any ad-hoc duties for the team when/where necessary

- Attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills, flexible, proactive and maintains composure in a fast-paced work environment
- Interpersonal skills required to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
- Ability to multitask
- High level of knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
