Job Description

Our client, an international staffing business based in Shoreditch, is looking to hire an experienced and driven payroll administrator, who is also looking to involve themselves in HR-related matters. This is an exciting opportunity for applicants who have previous experience handling monthly payroll processes for staff, along with managing all contract matters for staff based in the UK and parts of Asia.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of preparing and processing PAYE payroll for 120 employees
  • Handling HR admin – dealing with creation of employment contracts and introducing staff (roughly 50 employees)
  • Responsible for any necessary contract amendments
  • Liaising with payroll and HR staff across global offices, ensuring that the company’s HR standard is met consistently
  • Approving staff expenses and payments
  • Processing payroll on a multi-currency basis


Experience Required:

  • Over 3 years’ previously processing internal payroll
  • Strong experience handling employment contracts and amendments
