Job Description

Our client is a very fast growing, international recruitment business based in the City of London. They are looking to hire a new person to support their Global Payroll Manager with a monthly & bi-weekly payroll for around 1000 employees.

The processing will be done a monthly basis across the US, Europe, and Asia so previous international experience would be highly desirable for the client. They are going through a lot internal change to improve systems and technology so a passion for process improvement will be, again, very high on their priority list. Any multi-currency / tax knowledge across said continents would be advantageous.

The role will offer lots of exposure to benefits, commission and rewards across a diverse, fast moving operational team!

Below is a breakdown of the duties;

  • Processing a bi-weekly and monthly payroll for around 1000 employees
  • Calculating Tax and NI across multiple entities
  • Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Calculating commissions
  • Expenses payments
  • Producing reports for Senior Management team
  • Developing internal systems & processes- recently moved onto new modern Payroll system
  • Working with HR to review and improve benefits & policies
  • Assist with the administration of benefits programmes ; healthcare, pension, insurances etc

Key Skills

  • International Payroll experience
  • Communication skills
  • Experience of a commissions/bonus environment would be a benefit
