Job Description

Our client is a high growth recruitment group with ambitious plans for the next few years. Based in Central London in modern, open plan offices they are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have had experience of payroll, within a fast-paced recruitment business and be focused on delivering excellent customer service. The business has an outgoing culture and they're looking for someone that can fit well into the environment.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Process a high-volume weekly contractor payroll
  • Maintain payroll processing system by gathering and inputting data
  • Assist with any necessary deductions or adjustments
  • Deal with various queries from mainly contractors but temp staff as well
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records

Skills / Experience

  • Recruitment sector background in Payroll / Administration
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work with high volumes
  • Good IT skills - Excel
  • Basic payroll legislation knowledge
