Job Description

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with recruitment sector experience? Would you like the opportunity to join an IT recruitment consultancy where people are at the forefront of what they do and have a great company culture. 

My client are looking for a tenacious, optimistic hands - on Operations Manager who will oversee and ensure the organisation is running smoothly and efficiently. The successful Operations Manager will have previous recruitment sector experience and have ambitions to help continue the growth of a successful business. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate management meetings, agenda, actions and deliverables
  • Improve and drive standards across the business
  • Support the Director in implementing business plans to ensure business growth and success
  • Manage 3rd party finance partner to ensure that all elements of role are completed in line with standards – accurate and timely P&L reports, Debtors and Creditor reports, cash flow management
  • Liaise and build relationships with clients to ensure a smooth PO and timesheeting process
  • Monitor budget and expense reports
  • Develop and manage systems and processes to enable the effective management and on-boarding of new clients including terms of business and monitoring quality of business.
  • Project manage the implementation of any new regulations
  • Manage the Operations Administrator
  • Manage internal staff and third-party suppliers to drive and support the development of the company brand, marketing and social media platforms
  • Oversee HR Manager/outsourced partner to deliver HR services

 Person Specification:

  • At least 3 years recruitment sector experience 
  • At least 3 years in an Operations Manager position 
  • Capable of working with autonomy and identifying areas of improvement
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Creative, innovative and a good eye for eye detail
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, passionate and capable of building relationships
  • Project management experience
  • Resilient, flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure
