The business is focused on people, working in some exciting niches within healthcare. They are ambitious, competitive and progressive and ready for an Operations Manager to help build a strategy and lead the back office.

Operations Manager Role

  • Directly reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will assist with the day-to-day business operations

  • Operate the day-to-day HR activity for the business

  • Oversee contractual arrangements with clients and candidates

  • Oversee, co-ordinate and manage the office infrastructure

  • Oversee, co-ordinate and manage the smooth running and co-ordination of the London office

  • Manage the communication with external stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain good governance structures

  • Provide appropriate performance reports to the business on a weekly and quarterly basis

  • Co-ordination of quarterly business plans

  • Support the development of the business and ensure the smooth running of back office functions

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Previous experience is not a necessity - we are looking for someone we can invest in, who can develop the role and grow with the business
