Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of all operational functions and processes within the company
  • Coordinate the process of implementing a brand new marketing strategy
  • Increase the presence of the business from a marketing perspective
  • Be responsible for credit control as well as producing monthly commission statements
  • Look after the employee lifecycle including setting up new starters and carrying out inductions
  • Organise social events and incentives
  • Ensure business compliance is upheld in line with contemporary legislation
  • Manage and develop a team

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience in an operational or office management position within a recruitment business
  • Alternatively, be a recruiter who wants an operational role (with experience in the administrative elements of the business)
  • Marketing experience is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise and maintain relationships with different stakeholders both internally and externally
