Are you an aspiring Operations Executive with at least 4 years' experience in the recruitment or search sector? Do you have a background in law and potentially looking for your next step in an Operations role? Or perhaps you're an Office Manager with experience juggling a lot of plates who is keen to get into an Operations Manager position. 

My client is an impressive, global Executive Search firm with offices in London, New York, and Singapore who are looking for a well - presented, professional Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, you will ideally thrive working in the recruitment or executive search sector and love working on new and exciting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful Operations Manager to be a part of a hybrid role and a collaborative, friendly team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with all suppliers, reviewing and keeping records of all supplier contacts
  • Managing the subscriptions (magazines and online)
  • Managing Printer Leasing agreements and printer suppliers
  • Downloading, reviewing supplier invoices and forwarding them to the accountant 
  • Maintaining consistency of the database – printing report and working with consultants
  • Reviewing active searches – close placements, multi placements, cancelled searches
  • Managing the User Permissions
  • Designing and distributing email signatures through the third party software and managing software licenses
  • Managing new HR Portal with holiday approval and document depository (employees handbook, policies)
  • Liaising with the web developer regarding the changes on the website and capable of making small changes independently
  • Oversee IT Function
  • Assisting PA’s with their office maintenance tasks
  • Designing new or improving the existing company’s templates
