Our client, a finance recruitment company, based near Green Park are looking for an Office Manager to join them. You will become part of a brilliant, close knit team where each employee is truly valued.
- Management of the Office Assistant and office facilities.
- PA duties to the two directors.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and website.
- Initial point of contact for any customer queries.
- Responsible for formatting candidate CVs, posting job advertisements and creating a company handbook.
- Maintain all HR records (sickness, holiday pay etc).
- Manage the temporary candidate payroll.
- Event planning for all client and candidate events.
- Previous recruitment sector experience
- Good IT skills (Ms Office)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
