Our Client, an award winning global recruitment consultancy are looking for an Office Manager to join their fast growing operations team.
In this newly created role you will be reporting into the Operations Director and given full autonomy in the running of the office and facility management of the HQ.
Office Manager Duties:
·Overseeing and agreeing contracts and work with technology and comms suppliers including being able to trouble shoot basic first line support issues
·Ensuring the office is always stocked sufficiently
·Working with the landlords with regards to ensuring the office remains functional at all times
·Liaising with the FD and Finance Manager with regards to purchasing
·Allocating car park spaces and maintaining this
·Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards, covid reporting etc
·Managing GDPR process, arranging training and dealing with GDPR enquiries
·Overseeing maintenance of the office, renovations, or refurbishments
·Overseeing changes in layout to accommodate growth within teams
·Working in support of directorship team with first line HR reporting i.e. attendance/sickness records
·Planning onsite and off site events
·Meeting and greeting candidates for interview, suppliers and guests
·Making travel and accommodation arrangements for colleagues as and when necessary
·Dealing with post
·Ensuring that the facilities and office environment is presentable at all times
