The role will be varied from day to day support within the office to being the problem solver.
Key responsibilities:
- Travel coordination between the international offices
- Manage supplier relationships and be the first point of contact for any issues
- Renegotiate rates with suppliers to get better deals
- Organise and coordinate all internal incentives as well as social events
- Run reports for the senior management
- Assist the HR Manager with onboarding new starters
Person specification:
- Administrative or Office Management experience within a recruitment business
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage own workload and work effectively
- Be very polished and professional
