An established, international recruitment business who specialises in the tech sector is looking for their new Office Manager to join their City office. With multiple offices and true international reach, this is an excellent business to join to develop your professional experience.

The role will consist of working closely with the Senior Management and ensuring the general smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Travel coordination for the UK and international offices
  • Manage all the suppliers including renegotiating better rates
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Organise events and incentives
  • Produce reports for the Directors

Person specification:

  • At least 1 years’ Office Management or similar experience
  • Ideally recruitment sector experience
  • Display a high level of personal professionalism and presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to build rapport but be credible
