The role will consist of working closely with the Senior Management and ensuring the general smooth running of the office.
- Travel coordination for the UK and international offices
- Manage all the suppliers including renegotiating better rates
- Maintain office supplies
- Organise events and incentives
- Produce reports for the Directors
- At least 1 years’ Office Management or similar experience
- Ideally recruitment sector experience
- Display a high level of personal professionalism and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build rapport but be credible
