Are you an experienced and immediately available Office Manager who is looking for a new and fun working environment? If so, this exciting new Office Manager position is the ideal one for you!

The position will be varied, from database projects through to supplier relationships.


Key responsibilities:

  • CV formatting
  • Organising events and client functions from venue booking to guest lists
  • Deal with third-party suppliers and negotiate the best deals
  • Liaise with the international office
  • Onboard new starters
  • Look after the company social media platforms and website
  • Deal with ad-hoc projects from database to compliance
  • Be the first point of contact

Person specification:

  • Confident with the Microsoft package
  • Recruitment sector experience
  • Have a great sense of humour and an easy-going personality
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Very organised and excellent communication skills
