If you are a smart and proactive Office Manager looking for a role where you can grow into becoming the Operations Director one day, then apply for this excellent new position.

The role will be very varied, and the ideal person will be hungry to learn and get involved in all operational aspects.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate contracts for the contractors
  • Manage the contract extension process
  • HR administration such as annual leave and sick days
  • On-board new starters and ensure everything is ready before their start date, including IT details
  • Organise events and incentives
  • Manage all supplier relationships
  • Make and implement recommendations for process and system improvements

Person specification:

  • Minimum 2 years’ Office Management experience
  • Recruitment sector experience and experience working in boutique business
  • A degree or HND
  • Very organised with immaculate attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Additional European language will be beneficial
