The role will be very varied, and the ideal person will be hungry to learn and get involved in all operational aspects.
- Generate contracts for the contractors
- Manage the contract extension process
- HR administration such as annual leave and sick days
- On-board new starters and ensure everything is ready before their start date, including IT details
- Organise events and incentives
- Manage all supplier relationships
- Make and implement recommendations for process and system improvements
- Minimum 2 years’ Office Management experience
- Recruitment sector experience and experience working in boutique business
- A degree or HND
- Very organised with immaculate attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Additional European language will be beneficial
