The Office Manager will have the opportunity to have a varied and hands-on role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the consultants with all administrative duties
  • Ensure candidate compliance and data protection
  • Be responsible for all suppliers to the business such as IT
  • Look after the marketing through social media platforms and the website
  • Run various office projects based on business needs
  • Assisting with the organisation of Job Fairs/ Events 

Person specification:

  • Previous Office Management or Administration experience in a recruitment business
  • Self-motivated, proactive and strong-willed individual
