Are you an Office Administrator looking to step up into an Office Manager position? Or, you may be an Office Manager who wants to work for a growing business? If so, this Office Manager position is the perfect new role for you!

Your new business is a vibrant, outgoing and social recruitment business specialising in the technology sector. They have experienced impressive growth this year and are looking for an excellent Office Manager to support their continued growth.

The Office Manager will get involved in fun things such as event organising through to compliance checks for contractors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support 12 consultants
  • Process timesheets and invoices
  • Compliance checks for all contractors
  • Contractor and internal staff payroll
  • Organise company social events and incentives
  • PA duties for the 2 Directors

Person specification:

  • Previous Office Management of Administration experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally recruitment)
  • Bubbly, motivated and personal individual
