Are you an experienced Office Manager within the recruitment sector who aspires to develop into an Operations Manager? Then this is the perfect role for you.

A boutique recruitment business specialising in the finance sector is looking for their new Office Manager who will develop with the business and become their Operations Manager.

This is a growing, vibrant and developing company who takes care of their staff through incentives and company holidays. They are offering the ideal Office Manager the opportunity to get involved in various tasks rather than confining the role to the same daily tasks.

The perfect candidate will also get the opportunity to manage and develop an administrator.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with external suppliers
  • Responsible for the candidate payroll by, for example, validating timesheets, as well as internal payroll
  • Responsible for purchase and sales ledger
  • Manage the commissions for the sales team
  • HR administration such as sickness, holidays and starter contracts
  • Marketing: manage company website and social media
  • Send and receive candidate and client feedback surveys
  • Organise client and company events

Person specification:

  • Previous Office Management experience within the recruitment sector
  • Finance administration experience will be ideal
  • Prior marketing experience, especially around social media is ideal
  • Analytical with excellent organisational skills
