The role will be varied covering management of the office as well as compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Cover all reception duties including answering the phone and welcoming guests
- Produce daily activity reports
- Manage the relationship with the suppliers
- Ensure contractor compliance is complete
- On-boarding of new contractors
- Retrieve timesheets from the contractors
Person specification:
- Recruitment sector experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Very organised
- Administration and/or compliance experience
