- Processing contractor timesheets and invoices
- Supporting with bank reconciliations as well as invoices
- Compliance checks
- HR administration such as staff sickness and holidays
- Managing the company social media accounts
- Upload CV’s to the company database
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Some PA duties such as booking travel and accommodation
- Previous administration experience with the recruitment sector
- Highly organised with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent Microsoft skills, especially Excel
- Finance administration/accounting experience will be ideal
